Terms of service

These are the terms under which we sell products through northwindgoods.example. By placing an order you agree to them.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable. Items marked final sale on the product page are not eligible for return.

Product photographs are representative; small variations in color and finish are normal for hand-made and naturally-finished goods. We try to describe these honestly on each product page.
